Tamil Nadu Police Constable written Exam Preparation Tips

Written Exam:

In Question Paper there will be 2 Section with total of 80 Questions

Section A: General Knowledge - 50 Questions
Section B: Psychology - 30 Questions

Preparation Guidance:

Most of the Tamil Nadu Candidate Little fear about the Exam.

1.First thing is to get the syllabus given during notification( Updated Syllabus 2016 Notification).

2.Download the Samacheer Kalvi Books  from 6th Standard to 10th Standard.

3. Almost the entire syllabus will be based on 6th to 10th Standard Samacheer Kalvi portion.

4. Read only the portion which is given in Syllabus, If you read as per syllabus , sure you will clear your Dream Police Exam.

5. 90% percentage of Question will come from Samacheer Kalvi.

Don't Read other books . Its waste of time.

Physical Test Preparation: While preparing for the Exam you can also make sure that your Body also should be fit for Physical Test, because only written exam will not help to get your Dream Job. So keep your body Fit

Endurance Test Candidate who cleared the Physical Measurement only allow for Endurance Test. Endurance Test is easiest one. General Quota & Departmental Quota Men : 1500 metre running within 7 minutes(1.5 Km) Women : 400 Meter run within 2:30 Minutes 1500 running: 1500 m Running we can clear easily, so don't concentrate much about the 1500 m Running. Physical Efficiency Test : Star Marks 1 Star 2 Marks 2 Star 5 Marks No Events Events 2 Star 1 Star 1 Rope climbing Rope climbing 5.0 metres 6.0 metres 2 Long Jump or High Jump Long Jump 3.80 metres 4.50 metres High Jump 1.20 metres 1.40 metres 3 Running 100 metres or 400 metres 100 metres 15.00 seconds 13.50 seconds 400 metres 80.00 seconds 70.00 seconds Rope Climbing: Rope climbing is also called Filter test, because most of the candidate fails in this test. so concentrate more on Rope Climbing.

Pull up & Push Ups

These Two Excersice will help you for Rope Climbing, because Rope climbing is the toughest one in Physical Test. It will filter half of the candidate because most of the candidate will not climb in Rope. So these 2 Excersice will help you to  build you muscle power which helps to climb in Rope. 400 or 100 m running for Men, Candidate can choose any one as per your comfortable, because you only knows about your capacity.  Long Jump or High Jump same as above, candidate can choose as per their comfortable. Candidate should get at least 2 Star in Rope climbing, 400 or 100 m Running and Long Jump or High Jump to clear PET . If your written correct answer is more than 110 and you get 3 star in these 3 events , then 90% its confirm your Dream Job.

Tamil Nadu Police Sub-Inspector  and Constable Written exam Tips

Written exam consists of 140 question Includes 80 marks for General Knowledge and 60 marks for Psychology

As per TNSURB the standard of syllabus will be Degree, but mostly the question will be in 12th standard. So we should concentrate more on School books rather than reading other books.

Once you complete reading the school books from 6th standard to 12 Standard, then we can start reading other books. Concentrate mostly on Science , History, Geography, Politics and 11th and 12th Commerce and Accounts Books.

Concentrate on our Samacheer kalvi books from 6th Standard to 12th Standard as per the syllabus given by TNSURB. Don't Waste you time reading all the things in School Books, concentrate only as per Syllabus. 90% of Questions will come from our Tamil Nadu's Samacheer Kalvi Books from 6th std to 12 std.

Important Note:

IF you are not able to read all the syllabus from School books, read only question and answer given in back of Each chapter from 10 th std to 12 th Standard(Atleast you can answer few questions)

To clear the Exam you should at least write 100 correct answers. If you score more than 110 then you are 60 percent confirm to get JOB  because in Physical test you don’t want to get all Stars and in Interview 5 marks is enough to get your Dream Job
