Chief minister Samagra Gramya Unnayan Yojana (CMSGUY) has launched by Aassam government
The Government of Assam has launched the
Chief Minister Samagra Gramya Unnayan Yojana for the development of the
villages in the State.
The
New Scheme’s objective is to develop all the villages in Assam in the next 5
years. The Scheme was launched by the chief minister Sarbanada Sonowal in
Guwahati
About
CMSGUY:
The
Objective of the scheme is to double farm income by 2021-22 in another 5 years
also to build community assets and individual capabilities.
The
scheme will cover all the villages of Assam nearly 25,425 villages.
This
scheme will be focus on the core strength of each village.
The
total investment of the scheme will be Rs 30,000 crore.
Each
village will get 1.2 crore of investment.
