1.India, France signed MoU in S&T and Innovation.
The Uniion Cabinet was apprised of signing MoU
(Memorandum of Understanding)
of Cooperation between TDB
(Technology Development Board), Department of Science & Technology, Govt.
of India and Bpifrance, a Public Investment Bank, France.
The Union cabinet is chaired
by Prime minister Narendra Modi.
The Agreement will foster technological
exchanges in the field of science, technology and innovation through
collaboration between companies, organisations and institutions of both
countries.
2. MoU Signed between India and Vietnam on usage of outer
space.
The Union Cabinet has been apprised
of the agreement between India and Vietnam on the usage of outer space for
peaceful purposes,
The Union Cabint was chaired
by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The Framework Agreement on
cooperation in the exploration and usage of outer space for peaceful purposes
was signed in 2september 2016 during Prim Minister Narendra Modi's visit to
Vietnam
the Agreemwnt would lead to
development of joint activity in the field of application of space technologies
for the benefit of humanity
it also covers cooperation in
remote sensing of the earth satellite-based navigation; space science and
planetary exploration and , satellite communication.
